Community now lives in one place. As a store owner you’ll see a Store / Shopper toggle at the top: the Store community is your peer forum, and the Shopper community is where local shoppers talk. You land on the Store view by default.
- Browse by category, or search threads by title and content
- Start a thread to ask a question or share what’s working
- Reply to others, and upvote the most helpful answers
- Report anything that doesn’t belong
Owners of verified stores get a badge next to their name, so you know you’re hearing from a real fellow shopkeeper. Look for the Knowledge Base category for official guides.
