Managing multiple locations
Add more than one store address, track stock at each, and transfer stock between them.
If you run more than one shop, add each address under Settings → Locations. Stock is then tracked separately at every location.
- Go to Settings → Locations and add each of your addresses.
- Mark one as your primary location (used as the default for new stock).
- Rename or remove a location anytime — you can’t delete your primary or last location, or one that still holds stock.
To move stock between shops, use the Transfer panel: search for a product, pick the “from” and “to” locations, and enter the amount. Both sides are recorded as a matched pair in your stock history, so the totals always balance.
On the Inventory page, a filter lets you view stock for All locations or one specific location. Adjustments you make apply to the location you’re viewing.
💡 Only owners and managers can add, rename, or delete locations and move stock between them.
