Finding stock at nearby stores (the network)

When a customer wants something you don’t have in stock, the Network page helps you keep them local instead of losing them to a big-box store or online.

• Search other SeaChange stores near you by product name or barcode
• See who has it, their price, and how far away they are (within about 50 miles)
• Results are grouped by product so you can compare at a glance

Found a match? Use “Suggest to customer” to copy a shareable link to the product or store that you can text or hand to your shopper.

💡 Distances are measured from your store’s address, so make sure it’s set under Settings → Profile.
