Connecting Square or Shopify

Connect your Square or Shopify account from Settings → Integrations to keep inventory in sync automatically — no double entry, and no separate sync subscription.

  • Your catalog imports on first connect
  • Sales in Square/Shopify reduce stock in SeaChange
  • Stock changes you make in SeaChange push back to Square/Shopify
  • A health indicator (green / amber / red) shows the sync status

💡 If a connection shows amber or red, open the integration to see the last error. You can disconnect anytime — your inventory data stays.
