Connecting Square, Shopify, or Clover
Two-way sync keeps your SeaChange and POS/online inventory in step automatically.
Connect your Square, Shopify, or Clover account from Store settings → Integrations (the gear at the end of the top navigation bar) to keep inventory in sync automatically — no double entry, and no separate sync subscription. That page is the one place you manage connections; your dashboard’s “Sync status” tile shows their health at a glance and links back to it. At the bottom of the Integrations page, a separate “Inventory Export” section can push your live inventory out to a Google Sheet — that’s the reverse direction from the sync connections above it.
- Your catalog imports on first connect
- Sales in your POS or online store reduce stock in SeaChange
- Stock changes you make in SeaChange push back to the connected system
- A health indicator (green / amber / red) shows the sync status
💡 No POS? You can also drive stock from a spreadsheet — see Google Sheets sync. QuickBooks isn’t a live two-way connection — bring a QuickBooks catalog in through CSV import instead. If a connection shows amber or red, open the integration to see the last error. You can disconnect anytime — your inventory data stays.
