Importing your catalog (CSV)
Upload a CSV exported from Square, Shopify, or QuickBooks — or use our template.
Importing is the fastest way to get your whole catalog in. SeaChange auto-detects the format of files exported from Square, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online, and also accepts our own template.
- Go to Inventory → Import CSV (or download our template first).
- Upload your file — we detect the format automatically.
- Review the preview of the first rows and any flagged issues.
- Confirm the import. Duplicate products are skipped by default.
💡 Malformed rows are reported with the row number and reason; the valid rows still import. You can re-import anytime.
