Getting started with your store

Create your account, set up your store, and add your first products in a few minutes.

  1. Create your account and verify your email.
  2. Set up your store — name, business type, address, and phone.
  3. Choose how you’ll manage your inventory — connect Square, Shopify, Clover, or a Google Sheet for automatic sync, import a CSV, or add products manually.
  4. Set low-stock thresholds so you never run out unexpectedly.

Your dashboard shows key numbers at a glance: total products, stock value, low-stock items, and anything expiring soon. A “Sync status” tile in the quick actions always shows whether your POS or spreadsheet connections are healthy, and links straight to the Integrations page.

A navigation bar sits at the top of every page so you can move around from anywhere: Dashboard, Inventory, Analytics, and Reconciliation for running your store day to day, then Store settings, and a “Network” menu. Open the Network menu to reach Community, Search Network, and Refer & Earn — the tools for connecting with other stores.

Two kinds of settings sit apart on purpose: “Store settings” (the gear in the navigation bar) is your store’s own configuration — profile, team, locations, and integrations. Your personal account (behind your initial in the top-right corner) is just about you, and is where your own preferences will live. Sign out is in that account menu.

💡 Tip: the fastest ways to fill your catalog are connecting your POS or a Google Sheet so it syncs automatically, or importing a CSV exported from Square, Shopify, or QuickBooks.
